This villa is ideally situated in the heart of the village, and is casually but elegantly furnished to give you a holiday that is both relaxed and exceptional! It has 4 king size en suite bedrooms, a bunk room for 4 children under 12 sharing their parents bathrooms. Two cots provided for babies or toddlers.
Large comfortable lounge with fireplace, TV , library of books, and a separate private dining room, an outside covered patio, braai & TV nook with a dining area, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen.

OUR ROOMS
Our Hermanus House offers 4 large King size bedrooms, a bunk room for 4 children, a culinary inspired kitchen and hip, trendy and very comfortable interiors through out. The house is set in a manicured tranquil garden with calming water features and a large swimming pool.There is a lovely large outside sitting area ,a coverd seating area with open fire pit, as well as an outside braai and dining area at the pool, and a large open patio with TV, dining and additional braai facilities

This newly renovated exceptional house is in the heart of the village and is the home of a well known Interior design family, is available for the months of February/ March and October/November. No children under the age of 12 over this period.

Our Hermanus House is the most ideally positioned Home in Hermanus. It is a block away from many of the restaurants, shops and Sea front Paths. The property has a lovely open garden, large swimming pool, with west facing barbecue areas to facilitate wind free dining al fresco. A separate quiet herb and veggie garden off the two downstairs bedrooms.
Brilliantly located within a 5 minute walk to the village, cliff paths, marine pool, restaurants and shops, tour companies for Wine Trips, Whale Tours, Kayaking and Shark diving

Steven and an assistant rotate their days, giving guests a staff member on the property from 8am to 5pm. They will be able to assist you with household requests

Wineries Tour
Tour of the wine lands in the Hemel and Aarde Valley Hop on Hop Off.
Wine Safaris available, or drive through the valley and visit the many world class wineries and restaurants. Towards Stanford and Agulhas are many more wonderful wineries and restaurants.
Walking Tours
Hermanus is famous for its cliff path walk, walk along the virtual entire bay on a boardwalk, through the fynbos.
Hermanus also has the Fernkloof Nature Reserve for mountain hikes famous for being one of the most diverse fauna and flora kingdoms on earth.
Market Tour
Hermanus has a permanent market in the middle of the village, but several lovely Saturday markets that are well worth the visit for arts and crafts, entertainment and great food. and kids enterainment.
Sports and Activities
Hermanus had a blue flag swimming beach with umbrellas and chaises for hire. One of the best walking beaches in the Cape Area!
